The “Gustave” library-restaurant, a unique place where generations, cultures and flavours mix, welcomes students, professors and business leaders visiting the campus. Named in honour of the founder of the prestigious ‘Grande Ecole’ HEC, Gustave Emmanuel Roy, the ‘Gustave’ is a hybrid space, both a library and a restaurant, where people can collaborate, celebrate, work, relax and of course, eat. But they can also study, as this unique place is also a cooking school, in partnership with L’Atelier des Chefs.
To accompany Le Gustave, O+CO created an original international and intergenerational sound design, to set the tempo for the different times of the day and evening.

This new restaurant is open for many festive occasions as well as at regular meal times. To match the spirit of Le Gustave, O+CO created a musical atmosphere that changes throughout the day, achieving a perfect balance between French and international styles, new and classic tracks to provide the best of every musical era and serve up Proust’s famous ‘Madeleines’ for visitors to enjoy.
