Moët & Chandon combines its traditional know-how with state-of-the-art technology to create the internationally-recognised, harmonious balance of its champagnes. Innovation is key to ensuring that Moët & Chandon champagnes are a subtle blend of tradition and modernity.
Since 2013, we have produced all the playlists in harmony with the values of this exceptional House to set the mood for each special dinner and gala banquet.

We therefore created bespoke playlists inspired by the perfection and elegance of Roger Federer, the brand’s ambassador, such as for the exclusive limited-edition magnum entitled ‘Greatness since 1998’ which expresses the generosity of the House by supporting the charitable mission of its famous ambassador.
SOUND PATH FOR ‘LE &’
A journey of sound and senses, an elegant union of gastronomy, champagne and music.
‘Le &’ is a fine dining concept based on Moët Impérial and the Grand Vintage Collection, at L’Orangerie, the private property in the Moët & Chandon estate in Épernay.
‘Le &’ is an opportunity for diners to experience the union of champagne, Avant garde fine dining, the culinary talent of Chef Yannick Alléno, (awarded 3 stars in the Michelin guide), and the oenological expertise of Benoît Gouez, the head of Moët & Chandon’s wine cellar. Yannick Alléno has created a selection of recipes to showcase the range of Moët & Chandon champagnes.
We created the sound design and soundtracks for each for each of the four culinary spaces in the l’Orangerie based on the tasting themes: Le Comptoir Salin, La Cave Millésime, Le Cabinet Culinaire and Le Club Impérial….
